PayPal has issued an apology to the husband of a recently-deceased woman after sending her a letter, threatening her with breach of contract‘for being deceased’. The incident, originally revealed on Twitter by the bereaved husband, has since beenconfirmed by the BBC, which says that the American firm has acknowledged that the letter was‘insensitive’, and initiated an inquiry into the bizarre episode. PayPal have been in touch, have apologised sincerely and have promised to change whatever they need to internally to ensure this can’t happen again....

Paytm‘s holding company, One97 Communications, has announced the launch of its Forex service for money exchange of 20 top foreign currencies. In astatementposted on its official blog, the company said that customers will be able to order multi-currency Forex card and Forex cash from the service on a real-time basis, and get them home-delivered within 48 hours. Buyers will also be able to able to collect them from the company’s partnered outlets at zero service charge....
